100% Mountain Grown Blue Weber Agave.
Harvested at 21-24 Brix Sugar Content and trimmed very close to the Heart. The Pinas are almost white in color which helps avoid a waxy- oily taste.
Slowly Steam Roasted in centuries old traditional stone walled ovens (hornos) for 36-54 hours.
The cooked Pinas are next shredded to release the sweet agave sugar, which is slowly fermented for 48-6o hours. This slow fermentation yields a fuller bodied tequila/agave flavor.
The fermented "Beer" is then slowly distilled twice in Pot Stills
The result is an Ultra Premium- Ultra Smooth tasting tequila.
BLANCO- Gold Medal 2010 San Francisco World Spirits Competition- Cold filtering and aerating before bottling allows UNO MAS TEQUILA Blanco to retain its fresh agave nose and taste, while yielding a smooth silky finish. Drink it straight or mixed in your favorite cocktail.
REPOSADO- Our Ultra Premium Reposado is aged approximately 6 months in American oak before bottling. Vibrant yet mellow, with hints of vanilla, spice and caramel. Wonderful straight or in your favorite cocktail.
